Track Your Order
Here's how it works from checkout to doorstep:
- Order confirmed — you'll receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.
- Processing — we prepare and dispatch your order.
- Shipped — you'll get a shipping email with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
- In transit — follow your package with the tracking link.
- Delivered — your Crittr arrives. Hood up, world off.
Total time from order to arrival is typically 5–12 business days.
Where's my tracking number?
Check the shipping email we sent when your order was dispatched. If you haven't received one and it's been several business days, check your spam folder first — then email us and we'll send it right over.
My tracking hasn't updated
Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan after you get the shipping email, and it may sit quiet during long transit legs. That's normal. If it hasn't moved in over 5 days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
My order is past 12 business days
Email us right away with your order number. We'll open a carrier investigation, and if your package can't be located we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
