Refund Policy
30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your Cozy Crittr Onesie, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email shopkittdco@gmail.com with your order number (e.g. #1234).
- We'll confirm your refund and send any return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't be asked to cover any costs for our mistake.
Order never arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if it can't be located, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Late or missing refunds
If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and it hasn't appeared, check with your bank or card issuer first — then contact us and we'll chase it down.
